Since the age of 13, when my mom took me to get my first highlight, I have been obsessed with how hair can change so much about a person. Hi, my name is Angela! I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2012. I carry so much passion for this industry and care deeply about the people who trust me to take care of them. I love the way getting your hair done can change your physical appearance, but also what it can do for your heart!
I specialize in men’s grooming, pixies, low-maintenance color, and style. I am also certified in lash lift and tint. I have a cat named Elly May who keeps me on my toes. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, dancing, spending time with my little sister, and sharing my quirky sense of humor with the world. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve even your wildest hair goals.

Lili - Stylist | Inventory Supervisor
Hi, I'm Lili! I've been a licensed cosmetologist for 3.5 years. I attended Cuyahoga Falls High School in the Six District Career Compact in Cosmetology, where I obtained my license before graduating in May 2021. My specialties and favorite services include highlighting, coloring, waxing, formal styling, and makeup. I am also a certified Brazilian Blowout technician.
I have two wonderful cats named Lilo and Stitch, who are my world. In my spare time, I love hiking and working out. Continuing education is a priority for me, so I can stay up-to-date with all the latest trends and provide you with my best work. I can't wait to see you in my chair and help you achieve your dream look!

Tricia - Stylist | Owner
Hi, I'm Tricia! I have been an Advanced Cosmetologist since 2003 and have been employed at Nicole Jeffrey's since 2008. As of July 2022, I am proud to be the owner of Nicole Jeffrey's Salon & Day Spa.
My passion for hair started early in life, inspired by my childhood memories of styling my Totally Hair Barbie doll. My grandmother, a successful salon owner during the Great Depression in Cleveland, also greatly influenced me. I fondly remember flipping through her small, pocket-sized black and white hair books, captivated by the artistry in those images.
Owning a salon has always been a dream of mine, and my goal is to help every service provider at our salon achieve their dreams and goals in this industry. I am deeply passionate about uplifting others and helping them become the best version of themselves. To me, my clients and staff are more than just individuals I work with—they are family.
The ability to artistically transform someone's hair while providing empathetic support makes every day a beautiful day. I look forward to welcoming you to our salon and making your experience as wonderful as possible.
April - Esthetician
Hi, I'm April! I've been a licensed esthetician since 2007 and have specialized in permanent cosmetics since 2002, making me the first permanent cosmetic clinician to ever work in a salon. My extensive training includes becoming a medical aesthetician with Sion Laser and owning my own med spa. At Nicole Jeffrey’s, I cherish the wonderful clients and supportive staff I get to work with every day.
In addition to my esthetician expertise, I am trained in body massage, various body treatments, and makeup techniques. I also own a Sciton laser and have trained on its advanced technologies. I have had the privilege of working alongside doctors who performed injectables at my med spa.
Continuing education and staying updated with the latest trends and techniques are a priority for me. I am passionate about providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for my clients. I love being a part of Nicole Jeffrey’s because of the amazing clients and the fantastic team. It's truly a wonderful place to work.
Addie - Nail Tech/Esthetician
Hi, I’m Addie — a licensed nail technician and esthetician with a passion for creativity, detail, and helping others feel their absolute best. I love specializing in nail art, brow waxing, and facials, where I get to blend artistry with self‑care in a way that leaves clients feeling refreshed and confident.
I also offer massage therapy, dermaplaning, body waxing, and a full range of nail services, giving my guests a complete, relaxing experience from head to toe.
When I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me fishing, doing arts and crafts, spending time outdoors, or hanging out with my dog, Angus. I’m happiest when I’m creating — whether that’s a beautiful set of nails or a handmade project at home.
I love this industry because it allows me to combine my creativity with my passion for helping people feel beautiful, cared for, and seen. Building genuine relationships with my clients is truly the best part of what I do.

Katelynn - Nail Technician | Makeup Artist
Hello, I’m Katelynn! I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 5 years, specializing in nail services. I completed my schooling at Portage Lakes Career Center while I was in high school. I chose a career at Nicole Jeffrey’s because of the welcoming and positive atmosphere the salon has! Pedicures, acrylic services and nail art are my favorite services to offer. Outside of work, you’ll probably catch me spending time with my pets or doing something arts and crafts related. Doing nails is my passion, being able to make people happy while expressing my creative side is so rewarding and why I chose this career. I hope to see you at my table soon!!
