 We are a small local salon and day spa located in the city of Akron. We pride ourselves on excellence and our passion is shown in every service we perform. At Nicole Jeffrey's you will experience top notch services from our experienced and highly educated hair and spa staff  in a relaxed environment. Let us be your home away from home!  

SALON

 You want healthy hair, a fashionable style that fits your physical features and lifestyle, and the ability to keep that "just left the salon" look. We not only understand, we feel the same way. We are always happy to show you which products we used, and how to maintain and reproduce your style everyday.  Personal consultations are always complimentary! 

DAY SPA

 Relaxing & invigorating massotherapy, calming, deep cleansing, restorative facials; traditional cosmetic solutions; soothing manicures & pedicures.

Appointments 

Arrival 15 minutes past your appointment  time will likely result in a need to reschedule 


Cancellations   

In consideration to all of our clients and technicians we ask for an advanced notice in cancelling a service. We understand that circumstances may arise, and you may need to adjust your services. If you have to cancel a service, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancelling single services and 48-hour’s notice for multiple services. 

  

Cancellations or no-shows that are less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the full-service price to the credit card provided. 


Returns and Unsatisfaction

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Any product purchases may be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase. We do not offer a refund on any of our services however, we will do our best to meet your needs with an adjustment or correction of any service. Notify within 1 week prior appointment.  


Gift Certificates 

Not redeemable for cash or gratuity. 

Prices may be changed and a balance may be due 


Gratuities 

Not included in the service price 

15-20% is typically recommended 

Cash or check is preferred 


Package and Parties 

50% Retainer fee is required to book
